Roasted Shishito Peppers
Heat a skillet over high heat. Turn on broiler. Meanwhile, toss peppers in some oil and coarse salt in a bowl until well coated. When a drop of water evaporates instantly in the pan, add the peppers. They should begin to sizzle instantly. Transfer to the broiler and cook until they blister and darken completely, about 6 minutes. Remove from pan, add a little more salt to taste and enjoy!
