Clockwise from the top left corner: Baby bok choy, edible flowers, baby carrots, garlic scapes, rainbow chard, dill, cilantro, scallions, salad mix and snow peas
10-15 garlic scapes
1/2 cup fresh dill
1/4 lemon juice
1 cup Greek yogurt
1/2 cup sour cream
salt and pepper to taste

Creamy Dill and Garlic Scape Dip
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Refrigerate for 1 hour before enjoying with fresh or grilled vegetables.
