Clockwise from the top left corner: Salad turnip, fresh garlic, summer squash, swiss chard, chives, beets, romaine, green filet beans and lime basil

For the simple syrup:

1/2 cup of water

1/2 cup of sugar

a few sprigs of lime basil

For the cocktail:

1 oz gin or vodka

1 oz simple syrup

1 oz club soda

6 raspberries

Squeeze of lime


A few lime basil leaves to garnish

Recipe Idea


Lime Basil Raspberry Cocktail

Heat water over medium-high heat. Add sugar at the first sign of boiling and stir until fully dissolved. Remove from heat and add lime basil leaves. Steep for about 30 min. Strain out leaves.

Crush raspberries in a glass. Add gin or vodka, simple syrup, club soda. Garnish with a few lime basil leaves.
